Gap 1969 Studio
Last Wednesday I had an opportunity to hang out with a handful of bloggers from LA, Chicago and N.Y when Gap and Vogue magazine introduced the Fall 1969 Collection at the Gap 1969 design Headquarter in Downtown LA.
Vogues Anne Vincent introduced us to their design team lead by Creative Director Rosella Giuliani, Womens Designer Nicole King-Burrough and Men’s Designer Jason Ferro

We toured the amazing loft and got an intimate fashion show that introduced us to The women’s Lightweight print legging jeans in camo and a subtle snakeskin metallic finish, the Ponte five-pocket leggings in black and olive, the Gummy Legging, the Legging Cord in both neutral and pop colors. And my favorite the Super lightweight pintucked trouser jeans. The collection also features great jackets and sweaters that are “beyond denim”
The menswear collection is also focused on signature fits in new fabrics and colors. Highlights include the Drop Crotch Skinny in charcoal, the Slim Trouser in dolphin grey, the Super Skinny Clean in grey and the Slouchy Slim Rocker in black. They paired it with some great leather jackets, a lightweight chambray jacket and tailored dress shirts.
