How would I wear them? In the a.m. I’d pick them up off the bedroom floor and wear them with the t-shirt I’d slept in to drop off my boy at kindergarten. I’d put on a better shirt and wear them zooming around town, at my desk, and at the outside table at the bistro for lunch. I’d wear them to the park with flip flops in the afternoon and I’d keep on wearing them at night when the babysitter arrives and I put on some heels so we can go the dinner party at the photographer’s house. And I’d drop them on the floor when I got home, ready for the next day.

since i don’t have a boyfriend nor his jeans, i would wear them partnered with my favorite, tattered justin timberlake concert t-shirt, my hot but painful black strappy barney’s sandals and my new annie costello brown black leather braided necklace. with these hot little pants, i am sure i would have a real boyfriend and his jeans in no time. until then, it’s me and justin.

I have never worn these jeans so let’s think .. I would wear my Current Elliott Jeans with a nice dark blue top that is short sleeve with a low cut area. As a mom of three I certainly know my children have more style sense than myself, but I am ready to start learning and these pants would be well worn with my cute dressy sandals and dark blue top!! I’d wear them with a sleeveless ruffled chiffon top to offset the masculinity of the jeans. Then I’d add some platform pumps to elongate my legs, and finish the look with a skinny studded belt, a classic quilted handbag, some chunky statement rings, and a men’s oversize watch.

I don’t own a pair of Current/Elliot jeans because of the price. But, I’ve heard wonders about them how they’re stylish and comfy! It would be a dream come true for me to actually own a pair. I would totally rock in them!

Boyfriend jean: love. Boyfriend jean styling: seen it. My spin: 1980s preppy-meets-geek. Lime green Lacoste polo. White perforated mule oxfords. Glasses. Little jean jacket with Star Wars pins. I would contrast the relaxed fit of the jeans with a crisp light grey oxford shirt. To accessorize I would add a neutral belt and a simple necklace with a bright pendant to add a little bit of color….and to finish I would wear some Jeffrey Campbell lattice heels. Love the jeans from Current/Elliot…a breath of fresh air to an American classic
