Semla is a wheat bun spiced with cardamom, scooped out and filled with almond paste and topped with whipped cream and a dusting of powdered sugar.

I tried the Berry Blossom cake, three layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with white chocolate mousse and fresh berries. Decorated with crumbled meringue and white chocolate shavings. Do I have to say more??

Just passed another Leonidas Fresh Belgian Chocolates and I could swear they are following me.
This time it was in Santa Monica near the Promenade.
